Thank you engadget, Hiro Protagonist FTW
If i'm not mistaken, this 120GB disk is a single-platter drive, which is the same type that fits in the iPod classic - I thought PMP's wouldn't be shipping with this until 2009, but this hints to me that other manufacturers (cough, Apple, cough) can and will replace their 80GB hard disk-based players with 120GB versions - 120GB, reduced-price iPod Classic on Tuesday, anyone? I've been holding out for this....
I just customized one of these ... and came up with a question -

Do people in Europe just straight up not pay for their operating systems?
This is spec-ed very similarly to the new 17in HP entertainment notebook with a P-series processor, blu ray, and the 9600m GT. It doesn't benchmark very well though.. at least in 3dmark 06
If one wants to be a Hacker, he or she is merely required to roller blade around high school and connect his or her portable computer to a public pay phone. This clearly grants access to all of the data one would ever need in order to hack stuffs.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
