Actually, we knew when it was airing for a while now, because the episode order was on wikipedia since around the release of the trailer with Jack Thompson in it, so you knew it was three weeks after the premiere.

Still, creating more buzz for the great show is always good.
The game itself doesn't look like too much(judging by really short clip). I'm more excited about the fact that someone was able to use the Wii's power to make something that looks so good. Even if the game flops, they could easily license the engine to the next game company who thinks they can revolutionize FPSs for the Wii. Still, I'm hoping that the conduit can do just that on it's first try.
Hmm, needs more deep crow... I'm sure that can be fixed.
Would have been nice to see how people react to the surprise of finding out the day they come out. It's not like if people don't like them they are changed, anyway. Just saying, would have a been a nice experiment...
I am not entirely sure how the XNA system is supposed to work, but something like a voting system is supposed to be put into place(only fellow developers can vote though). How about people vote on the XBLA games(I don't like the idea of only gold members. But you would definitely only be able to rate the game from inside it's own menu, so you would atleast have to download the trial).

Still though, I think N+ failed because it looks sort of meh(however is pretty fun, I am just saying, it's a stick figure collecting rings... Doesn't sound like much), and it has been available online for free for a while now, why pay? Even if I liked it, I may have already had enough of the flash version. I still think some kind of sorting system should be put into place. At the very very least, a top downloads(instead of featured) list of 5-10 games, and maybe even a numerical representation(doesn't have a good reason, but sounds cool).

A "Most Downloaded" just sounds so simple and bland, I am surprised it wasn't there to begin with, but would be a good first step.
" There is no ammo gauge, no aiming reticle, no life meter, nothing. Whether this is indicative of the actual game or an example of developers removing the UI for the sake of a trailer, we'll have to wait and see..." Um, WTF? Since when do they NOT remove these things? Every single promotional trailer and screenshot released for a game are removed of those things, why the hell are you speculating abotu stupid crao like this now? I mean seriosuly, this is just the dumbest thing, it's like going "Well, the trailer is only 3 minutes long. is this an indication of thhe games length, or just shortened to give a small example of the game, we'll have to wait and see"... ...It's just so dumb!
Can we have a link then?
I like the idea of incorporating some role playing into Call of Duty. Imagine CoD ARGs. "HAHA, I killed you fuckface! Go die Jew!"... Yeah, good times... Good times...
Okay, first of all, this:

Now, liten to two names. The first is Keir, which, I believe you would agree is what is bing said.

The second is Slaughter. That wasn't a joke. Scroll down to the S names, and you will find Slaughter.

The second link is this:

Those are instruction telling you how to DOWNLOAD NEW names the doll(in .rbf format, it would seem). However, you can only download the names provided on the site, but if I really wanted to I could probably add my own sounds(unless that format is a very closely guarded proprietary one).

I am definitely not claiming that is the case(I am claiming that the name "Keir" is being mistaken for kill. Which seems to me is more do to Elmo's voice than the compression). So, yeah, case solved. However, people who name their kid Slaughter seem like a bigger concern to me(I would really hope that the name is from a background that isn't English speaking... "Oh my god, that's your baby? What did you name her? -"Slaughter" "Oooooh, that's, um, very sweet. I have an appointment with my... Um... Butcher! Gotta go bye!).

There are a few other funny names you could find, that if you had acess to the order they were played in(again, not saying this happened. The fact that the bug began after changing the batteries would a imply some sort of short or something) you could make some pretty funny phrases. For one, if it was "Kill James, Amen" It would have been much creepier. In the downloadable list(which I assume is included in newer Elmos) the name Aamen is found, and is pronounced "Amen".

There is also Neeve, which sounds a lot like leave, and Loftin/Loften, which sorta sounds like laughing(with some sort of English accent, but still), and Monet, which sounds like how the Odd Todd guy says "money"(mun-eh).

Those are just a small list of a few I heared(from the even shorted "downloadable" list).

I'm hoping next for versus from the bible, Tarantino movie quotes, recipes, and a rapping Elmo, all homebrew. But alas, that is just hope... Or is it?
I deserve this because my younger cousins took over mine, during my short charitable lapse of selfishness and greed which usually plauge me...

Wait, I mean, um... Give it to me and I will give it to the homeless! Yes, they could totally use this.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
