Edgadget really has no idea of what products audiophiles buy.
Engadget failed to mention that MORE EXPENSIVE LOCKS ARE GENERALLY EASIER TO BUMP!
Bring on the mods!..
"PS3 launch titles blow 360 launch titles out of the water. To me, that's the most accurate measure of the systems' current abilities. Plus, I don't think the fact that PS3 has much more potential for improvement is even arguable."

Umm... no. My sister works for Tips and Tricks and has played the PS3 launch titles. She's said that the PS3 launch titles weren't very impressive, and the best ones are coming out for the 360.

The PS3 has potential to improve?! Wow! That would make it just like every other console; now wouldn't it?

Anyways, the upcoming 360 titles (Lost Planet, Gears of War, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Guitar Hero 2, GTA 4, Halo 3, and more) pwn what the PS3 has to offer, so there's really no incentive to buy a PS3 on launch day, unless you really want a self loading blu-ray drive.
Bluetooth and wireless audio degrade sound quality.
Ultrasones are considered to be overpriced and even this model uses a headband prone to breaking that's found on many of their less expensive headphones.

To all those criticizing high-end headphones, don't bash 'em until you try 'em.
Twisted pair construction is only beneficial to "balanced" signals, like ethernet. DVI and HDMI are unbalanced, which is why they crap out after short distances.
It's a 24 hour clock, Tim nooblet. ;^)
^^ Actually my ALAC files range from 7xx to 11xx kbps and are generally around 1 mbps, over 7.8 times greater in size than a 128 kbps AAC file.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
