I was expecting maybe one projector to be somewhere in the range? Yes, they're seldom used in normal homes but they really give a cinematic experience.

Its worth remembering that getting drunk is part of Diggnation; by the tablet point in the episode Hodgman was mixing martinis whilst Alex and Kevin were drinking Duvel Beer.

The "surprisingly cheap" was a running joke throughout the episode. Probably not true.

The Flash Plugin for Safari takes up an incredible amount of resources when I'm on any website with flash, no idea why. I'm running Snow Leopard on a 2008 Mac Pro. Started happening a few weeks ago.

All of your past comments seem to suggest you are strongly pro-HD DVD.
Don't you think its time to, y'know, forget the past - isn't that what Toshiba wants in this product?

"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
