Erica,

These iPhone posts are awesome! You really are doing a great job lately with all these neat tricks.

Thanks and keep up the good work!
If you read the press release, the $5 add-on plan is for unlimited messaging between at&t customers, not everyone. When at&t uses "mobile-to-mobile," it has always meant between other customers. As it says further down in the press release, completely unlimited text messaging is $20 more, which matches the iPhone plans.
Can't you think of any better insult other than gay? Oh, and you might want to take a look at your grammar, too. I realize the use of "your" and "you're" can sometimes be a bitch. You sound like an idiot.
@1999ncsu - The glossy price drops to from $1799 to $1664 in the education store when you are configuring your computer, but when you put it in the cart, the price goes back up.

Weird.
These "ThunkDifferent.com" comments are getting obnoxious.
To me, all of these ads are awful. They seem to end abruptly without making any point at all.
I too had a washing machine incident. My iPod Mini went through the washer and dryer and came out working just fine. The touch-sensitive part of the scroll wheel didn't work very well at first, but now it works perfectly. The screen has a few lines of pixels missing, but other than that, it's as good as new.
@ Jengake ...that's hilarious.
Sony may be hurting in the short run, but the reason they don't care is because this is going to allow them to push their Blu-Ray standard. Do you think they just decided to push it by mistake? The reason they are trying so hard to make Blu-Ray standard in the PS3 is to force companies to adopt it as the standard in HD media.
My candybar Nokia needs replaced!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
