Where is the DLC that fixes the gameplay?
So you think 25¢/day is trivial? That would be $91.25 a year.

Even at the full price that no one pays if they look @ $50/year it only comes out to 13¢/day for live.

At what I paid for my subscription, it is less than 10¢/day.

You are not of peace, you will be exterminated.
@That Guy

Please don't encourage them to do anything with the comment system here.

They might bring the horribleness that is the new Engadget comment system if they do anything.

The Joystiq comment system is a pleasure compared to that mess.
@(Unverified)
Just look at how much worse their comment system got with the upgrade.
@shadowj0

The way Engadget's site designers/programmers are going I may "need" a Mac to use the site properly, as it is pretty much broken everywhere else.
So you mean like Apple?

Talk about control.
@jordanbiffle

Oh, sure delete active, yet unverified accounts.

Meanwhile the site remains full of Javascript errors. The ranking buttons on posts that have ranking buttons don't work half the time. They never work in IE. the Tip us pop-up doesn't work in IE. There is no way to search a page for replies.

As buggy as the comment system was, it has only gotten worse. It is like you guys did next to no testing before you "went live" and now you don't really know what you are doing well enough to actually make things work.

It is an embarrassment.

But we all know it is all those Unverified accounts that are the real problem, right?
@Agent007

I dislike it as well. Finding posts without an expand all when the replies are hidden is a pain.

There are still numerous JavaScript errors causing problems.

In IE the ranking buttons still do not work.

I guess it is asking too much to actually test before you go live.
I guess it is asking too much to apply some of the easier fixes and suggestions in a weeks time.

Oh well.
@Eternity
I have to wonder about that whole iPhone on Verizon rumor.

If there was any truth to it, why would Apple take sides and bash Verizon in the iPhone commercials?

I think the Apple snark has infested AT&T and now we get twice the snark.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a 12- or 13-inch ultraportable that can also play modern games at a reasonable level, for less than $1,000. I know the brainiacs out there can help me out. Love the site, thanks!"
