Gee look, Windows Mobile absolutely rocks the iPhone platform on almost all of these categories...and yet Win Mobile is a nightmare to use (coming from a Win Mobile user).

PointUI is a great start, but it still has a ways to go before it's ready to use full time. They have some serious usability issues they need to be addressed in software's current form.

Another vote for Logmein.com

I've been using it for 2.5 years now, and I wouldn't consider switching to anything else. Sure I could use the file transfer on occasion, but you can beat Logmein's free price. It's fast, it's secure, it's free, and it's an absolute breeze to setup.
