I love that the top MMO you list for Sony is Free Realms.

Not a stab at FR, but it just makes you think, what has SOE become, since they used to be a company that was very much so on top. Oh how the giants fall.
Maybe it's because they cater to a certain crowd, but what Turbine has done with LotRO, is an amazing thing.
You think something like Bioware's Old Republic doesn't stand a chance? The number of Star Wars and Bioware fans are pretty staggering.

Many of my buddies who play WoW currently, tell me they're sure to drop their sub when SWtOR comes out.
People won't play WoW forever. Some people will, as long as it's possible. But it can't be on top forever!
I'm so sick of people complaining about how terrible games are that they refuse to play. How would you know?

Also, just because Blizzard didn't make a game doesn't mean it can't be good. Creative people work for other companies too...
Student projects fall under fair use.
It's not even that they're giving them a solid number now. What urked me before is that they advertised their service as "Unlimited Internet", when it clearly wasn't. Now, they better not keep advertising with 'Unlimited', and an asterisk.

For what it's worth though: I couldn't handle this cap. I like high definition, and those videos get quite large as you can imagine. 1080p, sometimes upwards of 100MB for a minute thirty second trailer. I watch things that are lots longer than that too. I'd hit a 250GB limit in half a month, easy.

Why can't we be like our Swedish friends with their 100mbit/s pipes? D:
This reminds me of that thing that came with Vista that's supposed to be used to access your device without powering it on; The thing that could look at emails, play slide shows, that sort of thing. SideShow. What ever happened to that? It had such potential.
I've got no problem with an 'Industrial' look, but there's no reason 'Industrial' can't look sleek.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
