quite nice ... but it won't remember the location or size of the window when you shut down/re-open the app. That's annoying. Also, when the window is not maximized the window jumps/moves up by 100px or so...also annoying.
um ... that's one way to read into it. Yeesh, you fan boys are always so damn defensive when it comes to anything Apple. They could actually just be poking fun at Apple for the fun of it. Such things to happen. Microsoft missed the boat on the app store idea. They know it, and now they are trying to make up ground. Will it work? Who knows -- probably not -- but they definitely don't make stupid videos like this because they are "worried". Stop trying to read into anything that Microsoft does.
Really wish the NFL would actually get their act together an build a quality iPhone app like the MLB At Bat application.
Also, Google's official app doesn't work on Windows 7.
and in other news, Zipcar really isn't such a great deal (price-wise) either. Yes, also just like the iPhone. (says the iPhone owner)
Wow, you're ignorant. Microsoft championed the tablet idea. You want to make claims that someone is being unoriginal then turn your kool-aid blinded eyes at Apple my friend. Get a clue.
I've had terrible luck with Google Sync's push Gmail today. I was seeing maybe 1 out of every 5 emails pushed to my iPhone, and then there was still a delay of up to a minute. I'm going back to NuevaSync.com for my push Gmail until Google can get things straightened out.
Where is the "I already have a superior OS installed -- Windows 7." choice? I find it strange that you neglected to include that option.
That's true, because clearly Apple has never copied an idea before either. You make it sound like Apple invented the retail store idea.

Who woulda' thunk that you could open a physical retail store and sell stuff to real live people? What a novel idea...sure glad Apple thought of that one too.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
