This is not ONLY for prepaid phones, it is for non-locked phones.
And just so you know more than 10 countries have already been doing this before cingular, for what its worth.

Jan 20th 2008 8:12PM Europe and even Latin America have been ahead of the US in phone services like those... For people that travel a lot, those pay as you go sims are priceless. I really don't understand why the US is so behind of the curve.

Jan 3rd 2008 4:17AM Hopefully the QuickPlay on this one DOES work (unlike the tx1000 with Vista). The 1000 was an excelent entertainment laptop, and with the updates this is magic.
