No, it's not like drowning. When you drown, your lungs fill with water. Water intoxication is when you drink too much water to the point where there's an electrolyte imbalance and your kidneys can't process that much water that fast.
The suit did not find Entercom liable since they have rules against these kinds of contests. The local station that is owned by Entercom broke those rules and are the ones liable to pay.
Is it any different than the confiscation and destruction of fake LV purses?
"So I don't so much understand what you're arguing. We could, well not we, you, could argue that the 7.3 liter BEAUTY of an engine the Mercedez-Benz made is a sloppy use of displacement. It was great in 95 in the Mclaren F1 but not in 2009 with the Zonda."

Which engine are you speaking of? Didn't BMW make the McLaren F1 engine not Mercedez Benz? And yes, I believe the 7.3 liter IS a waste of displacement, since their most powerful engine is smaller.

This has been out for awhile now....
I DO have a job...

I also have over 400 DVDs that I bought and own. I also have 3 TVs in my house that I would like to watch my movies on

Having to find the DVD that I want to watch and make sure the discs don't get scratched is cumbersome and annoying.

I would like a system like Kaleidescape but it is extremely overpriced.

If I could use this device and a NAS, problem solved!

I don't even use Netflix, so don't assume.
Can this play files on a NAS, specifically DVD backups with menu support?
Can anyone tell me how Samsung's new line compares to their previous top of the line? The Samsung LN55A950? Thanks!
I believe it was released in Taiwan last Saturday.... I don't think the phone is really trying to steal much marketshare from the iPhone, Pre, and G1/Hero... It's more GPS-centric, probably targeting tech savvy soccermoms who want to combine their nav unit and cell phone and look cool doing it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a 12- or 13-inch ultraportable that can also play modern games at a reasonable level, for less than $1,000. I know the brainiacs out there can help me out. Love the site, thanks!"
