Is there any chance that there will ever be any PSP games that are compelling enough to make someone want one, though?
DUH, it obviously will have something to do with Sony's upcoming thumb pad controller attachment.
The Combination/Key to unlock the vault and escape, duh.
I really don't get the whole RB/GH scene. I mean why would you want to make fake music as a "game"?

If you want to make music, take up an instrument.

And if you want to play a game, I am sure there are plenty of titles out there to choose from that are real games.
No offense to our Europian and Asian friends, but it I pretty sick of having to wait for all the cool new toys to come here to America, when in fact most things are actually invented here!!!
Saying the XBox (abd the lowest end one at that) is cheaper than the PS3 is like saying that a Hyundai is cheaper than a Ferrari!!!

The $299 XBox has nothing comparable in it! No hard drive, no wireless controller, nothing!!

This article misses the proverbial 'forest for the trees'; the point is that PSP's don't have huge honking storage media available to them, and the proprietary Memory Stick storage options out there are exceedingly expensive.
I think the real deal breaker on this otherwise attractive and crave worthy device is that repulsive Microsoft Virus, aka Windows Mobile.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
