Tom the moral responsibility is handled when an employer offers workers a job and income. The beauty of a capitalistic system is the workers get to choose how to use their money however they want to without the government taking it away from them thus invalidating your post.

There was a section of road in the south side of Pittsburgh in which people were getting nailed once a week for about two months straight. I'm wondering if it was LIDAR or something else.
