Same here. I believe its a 3.0 issue. When I upgraded my 3G to 3.0 I immediately noticed that I was only getting 1 bar of WiFi signal when I always had a full signal before.
I just picked up iLife 09 last night. iPhoto is amazing. Places and Faces are so cool. The face detection worked pretty good. It definitely favors head on shots of faces. Any face that is a profile or 3/4 view it will usually miss. I also tried adding my dog but so far it hasn't even recognized him as a "face" yet. The good news is that adding, confirming, and naming unknown faces is super quick.
It gives you 3 size options. I think its something like small, medium, original. I could be wrong on the small/medium but there is definitely an option to upload the original file with no resizing.
Anyone know if I can purchase iLife '09 on the Apple Store online and download the software? Or will they ship me a box and make me wait like it was 1999?
The app is working great for me. Only thing I don't like it when I go back to edit my post its all in HTML ugliness. Other than that its a great app.
This game will FAIL big time. Who would want to embarrass themselves by singing? Not me. I'd rather embarrass myself with guitar hero.
I'm surprised nobody has complained about the $5 for 200 txt messages. That's some real crap right there.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
