Why not just make an Chrome app that does all this for Windows, Max & Linux.

Better yet what happens when Apple and Microsoft copy this or come out with a version of OSX & Windows that is super fast and efficient and has this built in which would people choose ?
I agree if would be better if say you have your os (mac, windows, linux, solaris and whatever else)

has the ability to place every program, file on the cloud from the second its completed.

Lets say Windows + Live Mesh + Skydrive ; Windows includes a login box so that you can login to the cloud from any machine on the taskbar or login from the startup of the computer. Each folder is connected to live mesh and unless i say no will be placed on the cloud and from another computer I can login and will see the same thing and have every option/choice as I did on the previous computer; if need be I can choose to not use the cloud and when I want to I can.
It should be mandatory that any chrome os device be sold with an internet plan.
Why close one fail to focus on another fail ? Why not just ax both of them and start the hell over.
I agree with you but instead of whole season I want the whole series not the first 3 seasons or the past 2 recent season I want all episodes for 1st to current season for me to pay.

They need a better way or sort stuff also.

When it comes to survival you seem to find a way
If were paying the full price are they unlocked ?
The oldest computer in my house is an Acer 3000 series from 05 and it works better than a HP that is 1 year old & a 2 year old Dell.

Maybe I got one of the models that work; who knows but mines has been fine.
"releasing the open specs for iTunes LP soon, allowing both major and indie labels to create their own."

Am I missing something but they didnt say anything about you making your own and it being on the iTunes store; they could release the specs and still not allow you in iTunes LP section of the iTunes store.
And what way is there to back up stuff from a sidekick ?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
