Sep 1st 2008 11:06PM depicted is neither an iPhone nor a first gen iPod touch. It's not an iphone because of the lack of speaker on top. it's not a first gen iPod touch because it's bordered by chrome. it's either a photoshop (don't see the point for that) or a 2nd gen iPod touch. my guess is that on the new design, the chrome back simply wraps around to the front, which is perfectly plausible.
