Hüsker Dü!
Uh-oh, the hard drive in my laptop is full of music. As is my iPod, phone and home server. That should probably be taxed. You should probably put a tax on every single computer, mobile phone, memory card, hard drive or piece of paper I could write 1s and 0s on then?
The weight of a big camera like Canon's existing one series is also good to balance out the weight of a big fast zoom—stops it being too front heavy.

If these rumours are true then it'll be something really radically different, perhaps not an SLR at all.
Kudos for the Paris, Texas namedrop. But yeah if think you'd probably look like a bit of an doofus playing that.
Had a look around, and rumour has it that this will be using the same sensor as the Nikon D200. So to answer my own question, no, not full frame.
Does anyone know about the sensor size on this thing? Any chance of a full-frame sensor? I've been dying to ditch my film camera but until I can use my lenses at the same focal length it's a no-go really.
Winners of the WWJD 3 competition. Especially the wtf section.
Just in case no-one's seen this:

It
worked for me, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're prone to seizures...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
