Stuart is absolutely right. An RFID (at least the read-only ones) are exactly like a barcode, they just store numbers.

What these students did was kinda like writing a barcode reader that deletes all your files when it reads a 7 and then feeding it a barcode with a 7 in it. That's not a malicious, self-replicating virus, its just a lame program.
That's so not fair putting the impossibly thin Nano in front of it like that. I'm sure the DSL will look awesome up close but compared to the Nano it looks like a friggin' brick.
