This is an easy one. The presence of a police report rebuts the presumption that the item is being used with permission.
If you routinely get dropped calls, yet continue to pay for the service, then you are a tool. No further diagnosis required.
You've seen iPhones? Oh yeah. they're everywhere. I still haven't seen a Droid "in the wild," and I live in Southern California. Of course I'm sure more Droid owners will be adding cases when possible, if only to keep their battery covers from falling off.
Erik Schultz:

For obvious reasons, Apple isn't going to spend its ad budget on AT&T's network. Your post displays a fundamental misunderstanding of how the world works; you should get off the couch, get out of mom's basement, and get a job (since getting a "career" would apparently be a bit over your head). Cheers.
Tech geeks are so small minded. It's not about being the "best device." It's about sales. No matter how good the Droid is, it will never approach the iPhone in sales (which is really the point, not simply delivering the "best" phone). When you grow up, stop eating cocoa puffs for lunch and stop living in mom's basement, maybe you'll be able to grasp this concept.

Get a clue, man. . .criticizing AT&T's coverage doesn't slam Apple at all. I think you should back away from the computer, and get a date, preferably with someone who's not your sister.
The ZuneHD is a joke. No one cares. I live in So Cal, and I've seen exactly one in the wild. One! For all I know, that guy got his waiting in line at the Microsoft Store. Regardless of what the geeks here think, this thing is a failure in terms of sales. It might be a fine media player (I guess it better be, since that's all it does), but if no one cares, what's the point?
Make it, oh what's the word, "usable," so that morons (you know, like Ballmer) could still use it. If you fix this problem you may still sell millions of devices to people that have never seen the iPhone, Android or Pre. Sure, this is a rapidly shrinking group, but not much else you can do with a product that simply does not compete.
Uh oh. . .blogs and posters love the ad and the device. This is not a good sign for mainstream sales.
This whole "Droid" thing is sad. For more proof, jump to the following address: "www.nopestilldon'thavetheiPhone.com
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
