Sorry about the triple post.
It was initially a race between this and the MotoDroid. If the Droid was able to properly snyc to Outlook, I wouldn't be having an issue, I'd have one now. But the fact of the matter is, there is no tried and true method to sync contact and calendar...yet. Now that this thing is on its way, I'm back to thinking about it.

Verizon should hire Owen Wilson to do response ads.
Busted ankles, here we come!
What happens when someone buys the phone new? Will they receive the same silent update to the firmware? How did they even push that our without potentially disrupting some kind of service? I'm scared.
If you google "applicaton" it will clearly indicate that its the right spelling... in 5...4...3...2
Has anyone been able to find the droid's multimedia dock online at Verizon? It seems to be mystyriously missing. They have the car mount, but no dock. Odd...
Too late. The damage this machine has done to the world cannot be undone.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
