Well, TMZ - No front license plate on the car is a violation of CA Vehicle Code Section 5200. Harvey knows that!
How could they have missed your documentary? Probably because we'll all be watching Saving Grace at that time ... (grin)
Superior coverage of the Apple event - again. Many thanks!
PLEASE find a copy and post it here of Carlin doing the "Hippy Dippy Weatherman" LINE on NBC TV 4 in Los Angeles back in the 70s. Kelly Lange was on the set...Was it Tom Snyder as anchor? The bit was so hilarious that the camera/cameraman was shaking in honest fits of laughter.
Kilmer was quite amiable and receptive last night when I spoke to him at the Paley Center in Beverly Hills. Your cameraman should take "courtest and decency" lessons from the photographers that were at the Paley last night. Because this moron is totally out of line and disrespectful.
Apple iPhones already delivered to San Francisco Apple Store!

Well, OK. Not really....
Yes - cNet news frm 01/02/07:

Attempts to save BenQ Mobile from liquidation appear to have failed.

Insolvency proceedings were opened in Germany on Monday, after administrators were unable to find any investors willing to buy the struggling company.

BenQ Mobile filed for insolvency in September 2006, when Taiwanese hardware manufacturer BenQ said it was pulling out after suffering "unsustainable losses."
But didn't we hear last week that BenQ was going out of business???
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
