This is very similar to my Lumix DCM LX2, the first PAS with a widescreen 10 meg sensor. Even looks the same. The LX2 had horrible noise above 100 iso unfortunately, but this makes me think they used the lumix as a template.
What this means is that Serenity will finally be released on BluRay. Thats all I've been waiting for.
I had an impossible time with handcramps playing my psp. I dont have massive meat paws either. So slimmer and smaller? Do they want us to NOT play the thing?
Actually, the gamestop near me had a promo that you could trade in your ps2, 2 controllers, & mem card and they would take 100 bucks off the PS3. This is what I did. :)
REally? And here I thought the upscaling was already beautiful! Ive been watching Lost Season 1 on my PS3 for about a week, and have marveled at the clarity. And as a side note; prior to the PS3, I bought a sony upscaling dvd player which I thought had aweful upscaling. I returned it the next day and forked down for the PS3. This is great news, and Sony is starting to get on top of what the PS3 was supposed to be.
Ive been enjoying FFXII upscaled for about a week. The unscaled version was already gorgeous but very pixilly. The upscaled version is totally smoothed out. No jaggies. I find it to be far superior to the unscaled.
I bought a pearl 2 weeks ago. Best phone I have ever owned. Brilliant screen. Brilliant form factor. Suretype is great. I type as fast as I think on it. Only drawback, the keyboard is tiny, and big fingers would have a hard time. The lack of wifi is a slight bummer, but edge works for general internet. Push email is fantastic, too. Iphone will wish it works as well as a blackberry. Im betting on that.
In terms of sexiness, iphones got it. They'll shift tons just on that alone. Usability remains to be seen though. I was going to get an iphone, but the idea of typing emails and texts on a flat surface with no discernible tactile response bothered me. And only 8 gigs of storage? Should be more than a glorified nano. My opinion is form over function here, by a few miles.
2nd that, scoob . Pretty weak argument. When you put your life and relationships in the hands of technology, its always good to double check. Probably wasnt meant to last anyway.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
