Pure Electric Vehicles building a $10k electric car... hopefully

This past weekend i went to SC to learn to convert gas cars to electric. Ampmobiles.com is a company that is doing this but with real cars. costs a little over 10K$. I was able to drive a 1978 Fiat Spider that was all electric. The only thing holding back electric vehicles are batteries, Lithium ions are too expensive (wonder why Tesla is so expensive?) for your average joe. so somebody go out and start making good batteries.

I bought a dell (inspiron 6400, core 2 duo) yesterday, did i but too early?

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.

"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
