@obie Nintendo has favored smaller upgrades to their handhelds look at gb, gbc, gba, ds, ds lite. I could see a widescreen DS as the evolutionary upgrade a la gb to gbc. I would think two wider screens with better resolution and color. Branded something like ds hd would not be unlikely.
I agree that Denver's thin air used to inflate numbers, but haven't they figured out how to store the bats and balls in humidifiers/humidors which have brought down the big hits. I guess your argument is there is less air for the pitchers to work their pitches with?
Man it's sad, I wouldn't have picked any of those guys. I don't even know a lot of those people on that list.
Blu Ray discs are like $.65 they are going to be extremely useful in everyday computing in the up coming years, and Blu Ray yields a picture and sound quality that ip/qam can not match (~50mbps). It doesn't mean much when you're watching on a 32" tv with stereo speakers, but with 65" 1080p DLP sets dipping below $1700 everyday users will soon be able to tell see the difference.
Xerox invented the GUI.
Wow that is a long press release. I hope the SMG can still be had on the M6.
Actually wireless isn't locked down its just a PITA to setup, but you're right the GPU and half of the RAM is locked down.
Actually stockcars are some of the "cheapest" race cars at this level of racing. I believe they average $300,000-500,000 well short of "multi-million dollar cars" you thinking of F1 racing...

The blogger is assuming two facts not yet in evidence. These are unconfirmed largely unsupported allegations not fact.
The BH100 was also cheaper at Circuit City, actually the same price I recall, so I wouldn't be shocked if this is the right price.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
