Yea sadly iTunes only supports Dolby Pro Logic I making it only 4.0 Sound... why they didn't go with Dolby Pro logic II I will never know... for Handbrake supports Dolby Pro Logic II (which is 5.1 in stereo form; Dolby advertises it as 5.1 on the go - it keeps the 5.1 sound how I do not know Dolby is genius) anyways iPod supports Dolby Pro Logic II, that is what some of my clips are in.

Hello,

I am very excited about this device from Apple as well. After contacting them on a few questions regarding bitrate and Frame size I was even more amazed. Unlike most people I don't like how compressed looking iTunes movies are. So for the rest of us we can use GREAT quality. Such as Main Profile (H.264), and use it as GREAT frame Sizes without worrying about Bitrates. There is no limit to Bitrates with this device. Very exciting in my option... for I love to use constant quality.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
