If you're posting something critisizing someone else's accuracy you might want to take better care of your own. While the iTV will have the ability to connect to the internet over a network the purpose of the device, as presented thus far by Apple, is to stream content already downloaded onto another computer. It is inaccuarate to say that its intention is to stream content from the internet. In fact so far the only way that Apple has mentioned the actual device connecting to the internet is to view movie trailers from apple.com which is basically a feature carried over from Front Row. Apple has not said anything about the device actually being able to connect to the iTunes Store itself. I'm not saying that it won't be able to or that its not a logical assumption to assume that this is where they are eventually going with this, but if you are going to be critical of someone else paraphrashing something inaccuarately then you should practice what you preach and post by your own standards. By the way, are you serious with "Apple iTunes music and movie store"? Talk about inaccurate. How hard is it to just refer to something by its actual name... iTunes Store. If you had said iTunes Music Store that would be acceptable because up until recently that was what it was called. But come on... stop throwing your own crappy description in with something that already has a clean to the point and easy to remember name.
The Mac Mini G4 may not be available at the Apple Online Store anymore, but I'm sure Apple Retail Stores will still have some stock of them for a limited time. Price probably won't drop too much though since the old base model was always a hundred bucks cheaper than the new model is now... By the way, as a mac fan I have no real experience with "shared" graphics memory. Does this mean there is no RAM on the graphics card itself?...
Okay, Anyone who is complaining about not having a right mouse button clearly just hasn't spent any significant time with OS X. Here's the deal... YOU DON'T NEED IT. Almost everything that the right click is used for in Windows is replaced with dragging and dropping in OS X. And for the guy touting his Thinkpad... there are volume and mute buttons on every laptop and every desktop keyboard Apple has made for years.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
