Currently the poll adds up to 101%!

I work with AT&T wireless - we have had people asking for the past few weeks (amped in the past few days since the commercials hit) about camping out etc etc
I can almost assure you that ONE day we will find out that Negroponte shaved 50 cents or $1 off every laptop or at the very least some part of the supply chain did.

These laptops are a JOKE! They may cost the governments $100-$250 - but the REQUIRED IT and infrastructure that goes with them adds an additional $700-$800 to EACH one.
Guess the "upgrade nightmare" doesn't include Protools and the Intel/PPC switch /upgrade
This could be real and he just filmed it dozens (maybe hundreds) of times until he got through it. It looked like it was more or less luck especially with landing on the shrooms and turtles.
"Notably, the DMV claims that the "carpool stickers are treated chemically so they crumble apart if tampered with,"

A cop gave me that line when I was pulledover for not having a registration sticker on my car. It's actually quite easy to remove them if you have a scraper and some wax remover. I get my sticker stolen at least 2 times a year - just make one on a computer and be done with it.
DLO's Transdock is th best iPod transmitter/charger because of is versatilitlity
I don't understand what is so difficult about producing this keyboard. There are already displays as small as keyboard keys, why can't they just be fitted on to the top of keys and have a little wire for the video connecting them, USB 2.0 is fast enough to give the keys enough data for video.
Can I use this to record from my VCR without restriction? In other words could I use my VCR as a video out source and this as a recording video in - at the same time getting around copy protections that are on the VCR tape that I face when going directly in a combo DVD-R/VCR combo.
So ... am I correct that this A) Takes a GSM phone SIM card B) Turns HSDPA into 802.11b/g signals so that they can be picked up by devices that B/G?
I'm not sure if "trying to find and not to fix" vulnerabilities isn't considered hacking which is a felony.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
