Jul 1st 2008 2:47PM What a load of bull. Didn't Jobs say that the $199/$299 price point would be for everybody? I guess I don't count. I upgraded to my current phone (which doesn't even work right) on the basis that I would be able to upgrade to an iPhone at the normal price whenever it became available. Now, obviously, we had no idea about the subsidized pricing scheme back in October (when I got my current phone), but the $199/$299 price was clearly intended to be the "normal" price point when it was announced at WWDC.
This feels like a total bait-and-switch, and I'm completely disappointed in AT&T and, to a lesser extent, Apple, for leading me on like this.

May 1st 2008 2:27PM Man, that's awesome. I was planning to get a 3G iPhone, and I still am, but this LG Vu is particularly cool. I'm a TV hog, so being able to watch TV wherever I am would be completely sweet.
