Stellar would make sense given their recent names (Orbit etc). Maybe someone in their naming department wants them to go in a different, beer related direction. Is it only a matter of time before we see the the O2 Heineken?
@ vanboy

You will get laughed at if you pull out an iPhone in Europe too!
Technically no (apart from the 1-Seg tuner, substitute with a DVB-H or similar). The reason I would imagine these are not sold outside of Japan is I doubt they would sell very well. What these photos fail to show is the phones are freaking huge!

Aside from that, these phones have nothing that we don't have in Europe.
Why o2 in the UK? Orange has the only EDGE network. Unless, this means we will get a 3G iPhone! o2 does have a lovely HSDPA network.
"beautiful summer weekend"?!?

You clearly haven't seen the weather in the UK!

Keep the coverage coming, I am actually enjoying it due to the lack of iPhone in the UK!
Is it just me or is everything in the UK at the moment carbon footprint this and sustainable that. Dear god give me a break!

I have just realized that I have turned into a very old man by writing the above!
Thats all well and good but when are the updated X Series bravias coming out in the UK?
There will be at catch - there alawys is with EVIL BT! Not that I am bitter about them.
I have always driven manuals (I'm from the UK) and I love them. I have driven automatics (in America) and I hate them! I hate dsg gearboxes as well. For me it is all about the clutch. You get a lot more control with a clutch pedal.

YOU WILL HAVE TO PRY THE CLUTCH PEDAL FROM MY COLD, DEAD FEET!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
