Boy, it sure would be swell to win.
This is more exciting then anything that Nintendo announced at their conference... How sad.
I can confirm that the Rogers in Coquitlam, BC (Vancouver) is sold out of iPhones.

They also don't let customers leave the store with their iPhones un-activated. I had to leave mine at the store and was told to "pick it up after work, hopefully we'll be able to activate it by then".

:(
This just made my day, props to you guys.

I'm going to no doubt look like a jackass when I say this... but up until just now,I thought the HTC shift was just the update of the HTC Touch. In other words, I thought it was a phone. When I got to the part about the keyboard being 'just a bit to small to use regularly' I realized that this was either:
A) Giant phone
B) A mini laptop

Regardless, I feel like a fool now.

Looks nice though :)
Wow, is that your flickr account? I noticed your third picture is of the 'welcome to Whitehorse' sign... I lived in Whitehorse for 18 years before moving to BC. Kind of cool to see someone from Whitehorse on Engadget (assuming that this is your flickr account).
They should have fixed the (bug?) that causes it to be (nearly) impossible to pick up weapons in online games... On several occasions I've pressed b to pick up a weapon, and made the animation (bending down) to pick up the gun... But the guy just stays crouched down for about ten seconds, and then stands back up without switching weapons..

Besides that, sounds good. It seems quite odd that they would wait until March, 9, though.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
