Tablets are expensive, so even $500 would be an improvement. (Where did that figure come from exactly?) People also went ga-ga over the Oqo when it came out, but it is also way, way too expensive.
These look a bit like the forest spirits in Princess Mononoke. The eyes don't look very natural. Cute, but alien. I wonder why the Japanese like to create designs like this?
