Dictatorship. Obviously a benevolent one is the preference. That will clear the ecomomy right up.
I would use 100% of the stuff. To start a rival blog reviewing older, gently used, stuff. Or not. Probably not. Or.. No, no, not.

I doubt they are getting the margins on the monthly fee they charge you that the phone companies get, especially since they aren't trapping you with contract after contract like the cellular companies do (even with the number portability). Between the cost of attracting a new subscriber, and the profit they make on you year over year, the wireless companies can afford to front you a $100 on the phone.
That sounds much more reasonable. It's still not in my price range, but it's getting there.

On a side note, how are OEM Nav systems still being priced at the $1500+ point? I like having it all integrated into the dash and all, but come on. When are we going to get that price drop? I'm looking at getting a CTS and the Radio/CD/Nav package is $3200. How is the entertainment package more than a CAR in India?
Exactly. I think a lot of the people who come to this site are a little more demanding in their computer WANTS (not even needs for most). The hardware specs are perfect for most computer users. Even most business users could get by on this, power wise, though they would need a different software loadout. At the worse case, adding another 1GB of RAM ($20) would take most other people over the top to good performance land.
I think these would be more fun if you through in a trivia question,
or did a poll, or something to make it more interactive.
I'm going to keep posting that I would rather earn a prize. Throw us a trivia question. Or an online scavenger hunt. Something fun.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
