Cowon is really kicking out some nice stuff these days. I love my D2, and this looks pretty sharp as well.
As much as I love the idea of the Nokia internet tablet, something like this would completely kill that market. Similar size, more functionality, and cheaper!
Great - future Galileo support. That's nice if you expect to keep your unit around for the next, oh, say 15 or 20 years when it's finally operational.
$11 is a steal if you're at a hotel that charges for access. Plus, this access travel with you. Nice call, Avis.
It's not just amateur radio, although that's the group that's shouted the loudest about potential interference. Basically, anything that you have plugged into the power line that relies on power as clean as possible, (read: high-end stereo equipment, medical equipment, imaging equipment), is potentially susceptible. "with The Socialists, the Communist Party and the Greens all banding together..."

Somehow, I think that if any of these parties had come out on top in the first round, they would not be complaining. It's the same crap that the left does in the USA - trying to discredit an election by denouncing the process.
The batteries are trying to reproduce. I, for one, welcome our bloated lithium overlords.
I use fluorescents outside, but indoors, incandescent only. The light quality on fluorescent bulbs still sucks. It's just not as comfortable.
The one thing that's nice about this are the free incoming calls in 65 countries (if that's really the case). Most of the country-specific prepaid SIMs charge you for receiving calls everywhere outside of that country's border.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
