Feb 25th 2008 9:37AM No. It's referring to shutter speed. It goes up to ISO 3200, which should look pretty horrible and should only be used if completely necessary.
Hardly anyone is going to use the 1/4000. It's just marketing fluff. Otherwise, the cam's specs look pretty nice, I'm interested in seeing how it performs.
