Why is it unclear? People never actually READ disclaimers. This is basically just BestBuy's way of continuing to do what they were doing before without crossing any legal boundaries.
Some J-Pop and J-Rock (mostly High and Mighty Color) as well as some Linkin' Park (the original stuff, not their new sound) and above all, video game OST's. Oh yeah, lots and lots of those! ;)
