Aug 9th 2007 1:21PM uh... this isn't damning at all. When programmers write similar software they pretty much copy paste. ie... they took this portion of the code from the ipod and just replaced anywhere that said ipod with iphone.

Feb 16th 2007 2:32PM you can pretty much guaruntee this is fake. The iPhone will have it's own data plan (iPhone Plan)... similar to the sidekick (sidekick plan). This is purely because of the Visual Voicemail feature, and any other features that required special network tweaking.
