However, AMD has a superb development team with some really brilliant minds behind them, so give it a few months, maybe even a year-- they'll be back on top.

Nov 1st 2006 8:35PM Let's not forget that the AMD chip is still a very powerful, low power-comsumption chip. The core 2 duo does not blow it out of the water, it edges it out and the amd chip still edges it out, in my opinion, value wise. And when AMD's next gen chip is finally revealed... intel will be running for the hills.
