Cingular has dropped the ball.

They're soo far behind on the 3G race and probably won't release these phones (i.e. Treo 700, Q, etc. ) until they get their HSPDA in position in more markets, which they say by the end of the year.

Think they've been too busy wasting time on marketing ringtones and downloadable music (nicke-and-dime) services to their customers than pumping resources into getting real VA services into production.

"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
