This was covered on SoundDomain months ago. Almost all linked articles state no OEM's have adapted it, but SoundDomain has visual proof that BMW has already adapted this for the new 1-Series.
Celica vs Skyline? What war was that? And When? You're kidding right? These cars have never been at "war"... So different.
"Rather than have the neighborhood assist in stripping excess mass from his swoopy kitty, Chuck noticed the sun glinting off a vaguely familiar shape off in the distance."

I know this is referring to the scene where Clark stops in St. Louis for directions, but I'll be darned if this doesn't sound a bit racist towards Native Americans.
What's up with the shot of the hood strut? The hood was open, why not a shot of the motor??

I still think it's ugly. :)
My bad. I stopped reading after my eyes fell out of my head from disbelief (and from trying to read the translated PR).
Are we sure this is real? It kind of sounds like a bunch of hooey to me. Would a W12 really fit into the engine bay of a GTI??

Wouldn't that cause some serious weight and handling issues, having that large a lump up front in such a small car?

If it is for real, the WOO-BOY, that's one bad mother.
A fine example that money doesn't necessarily buy taste.
Definitely one for the Darwin Awards....
Nissan/Infiniti front end, Honda body. Not very unassuming.
Wow... I'd actually rock a Buick! I never thought I'd say that.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
