Apr 10th 2008 1:09PM TW has been using fiber optics for over a decade....just not directly linked to our homes. Their networks consists of all fiber optic cables at the main hubs, but its the bottle neck to consumer home that cause a slow down.
Not false advertising...just misleading information, gets the consumer every time. Just look at the DL/UL speed differential.
