hmm seems like you want the archos 605 wifi, it costs the same as the 16 gb ipod touch, but has 10x the GB, and the internet has full flash, not 'mobile safari'. but unfortunatly it dosn't have a picture of an apple on the back, so you won't buy it.
i needa phone.
internet radio is a cool feature, im not sure why it wasn't implemented on the first generation zune; it's on the sandisk sansa connect which was relased about at that time. that said i'm probably going to get the archos 605 wifi depending on what is announced wendsday from apple, which i doubt will have the same features at the same pricepoint (as the 605 wifi).
viacom would sue anyone sharing most cable TV programs.
the local apple store near me has computers that are too low (even though those are targeted at kids) i should sue... because... I strained my back when no others were available. but yeah, it seems they just want money. if they actually cared, they would write a letter (to sjobs@mac.com) or file a complaint. I hate BS lawsuits because now everyones afraid to help people, and it's ruining US. and yeah if it was such a huge 'emotional loss' they wouldn't want money, they would want it more accessable to midgets, cripples and such, and a hug from steve jobs.
thats my birthday!
I dont want a phisical keyboard, maybe you do "Evan Blass" but that would be a step backwards... What i want, is 4-160 GB flash drive/HD, flash ablilities on the internets, removable battery, available in white/black and it would sell a lot to rich girls if it came in pink (special edition pink iphone for 100 more?). The ability to install other widgets onto iphone. A game boy advanced function beacause turning it sideways it kinda looks like a gameboy advanced. microphone and speaker in proper phone spots, not just both on the bottom, built in 22' projector, solar pannel on back for sun charging, 7 day talk time battery, bar code scanner/ price looker upper using some website somewhere... i could go on forever...
well you can rip the movie part, and you could rip the extras (deleted scenes) and you could rip it in any language and have any subtitle language that is on the DVD but no, it wouldnt have the DVD menu, it would be each individual parts. same content as DVD (if you chose) but no menu.
this has to be the most underhyped/underrated gadget ever. its got a touch screen, wifi, 4-160 gb hd/flash drive, 800x400 screen, it can actually play flash videos (dailymotion) all for relatively cheap, and yet it gets 9 comments compaired to the iphone's average of 140
nope its just the name like the 5th gen ipod.
its a 4.3 inch screen..
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
