I don't want to ride the maglev... there has been a terrible accident last year on a test track in Germany.

Hi all, I hope I can ask my question here. I now use XP pro. I want to upgrade to home premium (fresh install is no problem) can I get the upgrade or do I need to buy the more expensive retail version?
me from Europe, me does not understand Canadian ;-)
Nah, I just wanna know, as a non-native, what f-bomb means and how can you ever mistake that for "STOP".
E-ten G500 is a smartphone/pda of some sort with build in GPS. Me wants one of this, but sadly, we will never see something like this in store here (Europe)
so I now have 1 EMP gun, 1 microwave ray gun, a massive napalm flame thrower and a "portable" thermal nuclear missle launcher (baby nuke). yeah I think I'm ready... ready for the uprising.
Well I already got this EMP gun, now I add a microwave ray gun to my arsenal. hmm, maybe I can intergrate both into one anti-robot weapon...
hmm, there is nothing wrong with me other than I use my equipment regulary. They all have worn of paint stains. I sum some up: my compaq keyboard (metalic paint at the cursor keys), HP (Compaq) NX9030 notebook also the metalic paint wears of around the mouse pad, Qtek 2020 at the sides the metalic paint chips.
Anyone care to explain the technology behind the Dave Matthew's Band (DMB) tuner?

uhmm DMB stands for Digital Media Broadcast tuner. It's a tuner for digital TV.
I'm from europe and the only thing I ever noticed about this is when I took an airplane in April 2000. I had a brand new Ericsson T18s and I was asked to switch it on an make a call with it, because they were warned about cellphones could be a hidden gun or bomb.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
