Panels only result in contrast ratio and response time..which can be mentioned in the order to any panel manufacturer... what matters is the backlight and the chips with control color and all other aspects.
S-LCD is mainly for SONY as they have their engineers in house plus all panels for SONY are shipped to JAPAN for quality checks before being assembled all over the world.
Samsung mainly outsources less than 52 inch panels to the 2 smallest comapnies in china for panels.
If u really want to compare a SAMSUNG and SONY lcd....just adjust a few color options of the bravia.............SOny has thrown in so many color options its almost like playing a frickin video game.
the level of black and white adjustment is very helpful...
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
