Mine was sluggish a few days ago, but yesterday seemed to get back to normal response times... Not sure if TiVo may have released a minor patch or something and not notified?

just called and they confirmed shipping thursday... better get it by saturday since i have cable guy coming sunday... would suck pretty bad otherwise...

"Lucky you. I have to wait until October. I think I'm going to call back and just pay some extra to have them shipped to me..."

They wouldn't let me just go and pick it up... Forced me to have a technician come and install so I can pay 40 bucks for that.

Just ordered and called Cablevision to get two cable cards... Prepare for absolute hell when trying to get them. Literally spent 15 minutes telling the lady all I wanted was two cable cards and she was trying to tell me that the TiVo didn't need them and that CableVision doesn't do it. Good luck everyone. Sunday install for the cards!

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
