Ok, my cat is lousy proofreader who stepped on my keyboard before I could spell check. I apologize to the spelling purists in advance. :)
First off I would like to second the assertion of N. Patel that Arrington is the worst lawyer in the world. You do not do international business without contracts aplenty. That said Fusion Garage looks rather odd in saying that Arrington did nothing. Usually when someone says they are my BFF and I don't know them, I tend to call them out on it (that is actually some gross simplications of legal concepts that might actually give Arrington a let to stand on) Leaving aside the fact that its underspeced, overpriced and apparently named by the marketing team Steve Jobs would be assigned to if he were dammed to Hell. Not just the name but what Asian company in its right mind would schedule a presser on Pearl Harbor day in the US? Amid assertions of sneaky dealings by said company? Which leads to my final thought. Do you want to send your coin to a company that, at the very least, took advantage of someone else to the very last minute and at the end of the day might never be able to effectively develop the device due to lawsuits and reluntance of the players to deal with it?
@artist

Its just the natural fear that we all have of dealing with Comcast. Much like nonconsensul anal intercourse with a thermos jug with no lube, which is about how being a Comcast customer feels like.
@xBeRx
I have been doing it for years. However, soon my power company will have fiber to the home and Comcast will lose the forcefield from Endor and I be able to blow away the Emperor...wait a minute...Sorry about that, when I think of absolute evil I tend to get confused with the Emperor in Star Wars.
@Robert, you sir don't live in the mountains. A huge hunk of rock in the way of the signal is gonna defeat the best directional rig and Chad has an excellent point.
I think Mike Cane sums it up best http://prepoint.wordpress.com/2009/06/10/farewell-ed-colligan/

the take away is "What Ed Colligan has in his favor — what ultimately redeemed him — what his recognition that he didn’t know what to do next. This is a very tough thing for anyone to have to admit — and I applaud Ed Colligan for having the bravery to admit such a thing. It takes real guts to do that."

I would like.
I want this
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
