Unfortunately, your typical MMO player will be like:

(click) (click) (click) (click) (click) (click) (Accept Quest)

Then later on forums they'll complain about a lack of story.
SPOILER: Near the end of the game, you find you have to rewind time all the way back to level 1 and kill your baby brother in his sleep.

Well okay, that wasn't a spoiler as much as a complete fabrication, but it'd be cool.
A better analogy would be if Microsoft didn't allow Windows on Sony laptops.
Remember when everyone thought that GT5 was going to go head-to-head with Forza 2? Seems almost comical now. Hasn't GT5 been delayed until 2010? By then the current gen will be 5 years old, and we'll probably be having previews of the *next* gen consoles.

The gist of his argument is that "punishment" is something that happens after you're found guilty. You have a trial (of some sort), and then are punished for specific crimes.

Thus he's saying that the court has no constitutional ground to rule on this matter, and that Congress will have to pass legislation.
Wouldn't the subscription numbers have to go down for it to have peaked? Yet WoW keeps getting bigger, with a huge surge every expansion pack.
