Fact is Nokia has already stated they will add portrait mode in a future firmware update, plus Maemo 6 will have it baked in out of the box. So this is all moot.

If it was so cool, why didnt we hear much about it from engadget? You diss winmo so much anyone would think there was nothing good in it.

Point out the good stuff once in a while then maybe the company might not think no one wants it and shuts it down.

There are cool "apps" for winmo too, just not all in one convinient place to be lauding it up everytime they reach new millionth download.

Apple device issues = rumours, not everyone is affected, we have to have proof, only anecdocal - simply put, its not true so it must be fake, they are infallible.

I think they want it more like Meizu so they can change "underwhelms" to "icopy", it makes better news that way.
