I currently drive an 05 subaru Legacy GT 4 door. It is an amazing car. I have a huge grin EVERY time I drive it.

Did you buy your current vehicle(s) new, or used?
New

How long have you owned it?
Since June of 05

What was the reason for choosing this particular vehicle?
Bang for the buck. AWD, handles well and responds very well to mods, is seriously quick even stock

I love/like/hate my ride because...
I love it because it's amazing in all weather, makes great noises, handles well, and is a real sleeper.

If you were to sell it tomorrow, what would replace it? '08 legacy GT wagon
I just got a macbook pro yesterday. I made sure that the geniud and salesperson verified that the build date was recent. This was before the dailytech post. I just figured it was the smartest thing to do.

I have not experienced any of the issues that have bneen reported. I have one of the 8612 machines.

I was totally wary after hearing about all the problems, and am relieved to find that so far this one is ok.

Not sure what people are expecting noise wise, but I feel that whatever there is, is only audible when I put my ear right up to the machine. PEople have to remember that this is a portable with a dual processor chip. It has to get cooled somehow.

I did get applecare just to be on the safe side.
So you didnt use my question on ask engadget asking about these sets, and yet you post on it a couple of weeks later? Shame on you!

Anyway, as other have said. These sets are out and I have one in my living room.

However, the contrast ratio is UP TO 10,000:1. In reality, it is around 4000:1
Does this also apply to cars under the ford umbrella? e.g. Volvo, Range Rover?
I love how 6 MP is somehow considered "inadequate."

This whole megapixel race is such BS.

Just because a camera has 8MP doesnt meant that it will automatically take better photos than one with 6. There are other factors involved. In addition, it beigns to approach overkill. For most people who dont print above 8X10, 6MP is beyond enough for excellent resolution.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
