Cheap legal machines have been available for years... they're called used Macs. You can find a 1 Ghz G4 for less than the cost of that contraption, and you don't have to hack the crap out of it to run OS X.
This is true, but the camera in the ATM is only activated when someone inserts their card. They don't record 24/7. If someone were to "hack" into one, I seriously doubt that they would need an ATM card to do so.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
