Where did my $60 go? That and another $1140 went to the transmission in my Prelude that just died on me 3 days ago.

My 360 is lonely and empty, just like my bank account...
They've finally added Wubi to the standard Ubuntu ISO. Wubi makes running Ubuntu for Windows users extremely easy. In fact, Wubi is what got me hooked on Ubuntu back last fall.

If you're thinking of trying out Ubuntu again, then now is defnitely a good time to do it.

Well, don't let this guy know that it's a worthless piece of plastic....

...he's actually deceived himself into believing that WiiFit has helped him lose 10 lbs. in 7 weeks...
you forgot...

*crash*

or at least that's the kinda skills this (at the time) 7 year old had!
Heck, who am I kidding, I'll probably still suck at it...
Is there no love for Space Taxi?

Those people needed help getting to the next hoverpad dangit!
Well just to throw my two cents in...

Mine stayed horizontal, but when used was elevated by two pieces of networking raceway to allow for air flow completely around the unit (think "U-shaped" strip of plastic). It was brought out of the entertainment center when played so that heat wouldn't build up inside the cubby it was stored in when not in use. It was only used 3 to 4 hours a week.

I'll second Donato. I can't remember the last time I rebooted my Vista laptop. I always use hibernation, so in my mind it's never a true "cold start" when I hit the power button. Any problems/bugs that were present during my last session should (theoretically) still be present since it's coming out of a hibernation and not a full on reboot.
At 3:45 into the vid, he hits the wall, looks to get knocked around pretty hard, and proceeds to shut the simulator chair down and get out.

With racing sim talent like mine, I'd be wheelchair bound before the end of the first lap...
So....

After roaming the known world for over 2,000 years, fighting in such place as Pompei and Japan, he makes his way to Scotland/Ireland (sorry, not a huge Highlander fan) and decides to keep his Scottish/Irish accent for the rest of his immortal life?

Though I will admit, that if done well, sword fighting throughout the ages would be cool. Hopefully you won't have to be the aforementioned "Highlander nerd" to appreciate the game and that a standard nerd could understand and enjoy the game as well.
I'm with you Greg. I was looking forward to the holidays to do a little gaming. But alas, last week my 360 went to sing with the angels. I'm currently waiting on it's coffin...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
